Duty Free purchases, Boutique magazine Aer Lingus.

I am a sucker for duty free on a plane and in the Airport. I seen the 'Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Concentrate' everywhere and have been wanting to try it so bad. So when it was in the Boutique magazine on a recent Aer Lingus flight I was so happy. I wasn't saving much though, only €3 but a savings a saving and I purchased it. It was €40 with an rrp of €43. This stuff is supposed to wake up tired a lackluster skin and bring nourishment to your skin in the morning. It is made from Botanical oils and feels lovely on my skin. I'm going to use it again tonight as the plane seriously takes a toll on my skin.

Next I had to buy a perfume cause I feel there is a big saving at the airport with perfume. I decided to go for the 'Victor and Rolf Flower Bomb'. This scent is amazing. Its woody and floral all in one. I always wanted this and I was getting a saving off €18. I got this for €52 and was pretty happy. The box was so cute too so it made it even nicer to buy.

Last but not least I purchased the 'Caudalie Beauty Elixir trio'. I always hate my skin after the plane. Its dehydrated and bleugh. I had read somewhere to take a toner or Mac Fix plus on the plane and spray this on your face to help with the appearance and hydration of your skin. I seen this and I got so excited. I needed it off course. Its a beauty elixir. So what i'm a sucker for good marketing. I felt bad on this plane journey, it was long, I had done some serious eating and drinking on the holiday and wanted a pick me up and red wine was a no no!! This says it provides an instant burst of radiance, and tightens the appearance of pores. I was sold especially on the instant part. Its made without parabens, phthalates and sulfates and this is always a plus. I could smell this through the plastic casing and knew I couldn't spray this in my seat as I might choke the poor man beside me. When I opened the bottle the smell was really over whelming and way to strong. Like when you go for a massage and you can smell the massage oil but this was 100 times stronger. I thought I was going to hate the stuff. I paid €26 for this so I was using it regardless. When I sprayed it on I didn't like it but after a few seconds I began to feel my skin wake-up and it felt instantly softer and the overwhelming smell died down. Then I loved it. It definitely is instant and I like Instant results. I will be taking this on all my travelling adventures in the future.

It says this can be used as a makeup setting spray. So this could double up and help you carry less. I will try use it as a makeup setting spray and let you all know how it goes. I'm going to do a post on makeup setting sprays soon.
